We've had troubel with Chinese food and have also suspected an additional
allergy besides dairy in my daughter.  We are narrowing the field down to
corn.  This is often used as a thickening agent or binder in stir fry
dishes.  I believe MSG can be derived from corn also, but I don't have
the reference for that handy.  Turns out some of the things we suspected
had hidden dairy also have lots of corn products.
