Julie Klauber of the Suffolk Cooperative Library System got in early and
got a good price!

ALA is now the exclusive distributor of UNIVERSAL ACCESS:
ELECTRONIC RESOURCES IN LIBRARIES.

Project DO-IT, funded by NSF and other sources, produces resources
for serving people with disabilities to several audiences. This particular
project for the library field was promoted in presentations at
conferences and in articles. DO-IT produced a small run, and offered
the product at $50. However, they do not have the resources to sustain
its distribution . ALA is partnering with DO-IT in as a distributor that can
better bring this product to the library field.

We appreciate your testimonial of the product. At $75--$67.50 for ALA
members--and including full reproduction rights for educational
purposes, it is still a fine value. Those interested in a closer look can test
