While mucking around on the Microsoft website yesterday, I ran across several electronic references that were put together from Knowledge Base articles and customer's Frequently Asked Questions. I think something like that would make a good reference for troubleshooting. Sorry I don't have the URL handy, but I think it was in the Updates or Free Downloads section. Also, you might have a file called the Windows 95 Resource Kit on your Win95 CD. Look for Win95rk.hlp. Jeff Delzer
