Thank you for all the replies. It seems prunes and dried fruit wins hands
down. here is the summary.
I had 19 replies
6 suggested prunes, 3 dried fruit, 3 milk of magnesia (MOM), 2 Metamucil,
and others were the following; psyllium husks, sunflower deeds, figs,
Fibercon, dates, rice bran (several suggestions were to add to home made
bread), Orville Redenbacher's popcorn, and apples.
I also had several that told me GF diet shouldn't cause constipation. I
wish this was the case. Thanks for all the wonderful advise.
