Lately I have been hearing about dextrose and dextrin being a problem for
Celiacs. Someone mentioned the dextrose in salt. I have never heard this
before and we continue eating products with dextrose in it with no ill
effects.

What is the problem with both these ingredients? I would like to hear an
answer from people with reliable medical knowledge on the subject of Celiac
Sprue.
