I've been suffering with bad indigestion today.  That is my typical
reaction to gluten ingestion.  I thought I bought a safe piece of ham
but maybe not. Does anyone have any advice on what to look for in ham.
I thought I had it down but obviously not.  I have been searching
through all the records etc and cam't seem to find anything.

the only other thing that I ate at the same time was an apple.  I
sometimes have a feeling that the roughage is a problem.  Any help and
comments would be greatly appreciated.

Tomorrow is my 6th month visit with my gastroenteroligist since my
diagnosis.  Anything that I should be asking???
