It's only been five weeks compared to how long to do the damage. Give it
a chace. Ive have been on the program for 1 1/2 years and can tell you
that its worth the effort. You can regain all your stength and get rid
of the pain in the joints as well as the intestinal problems. Each week
you will feel better. So push youself but at a reasonable limit.
        I thought my I couldn't run,ski, or cycle anymore but know am
back and even have taken up golf. Go for it and enjoy, but be patient.
