Hi

Is it possible to be allergic to some meats?
I read Eade's Protein Power and think I may be sensitive
to trans fatty acids found in some meats.  I'm not sure.

If I do have a meat intolerance would I be better off
eating little or no meat
(I have to cook mine to completely well done as any
thing less still grosses me out)?

What do I eat in place of meat to get my 90-100 grams
of protein (calculated using Eades' method) per
day?

I think I have a problem with some meat, such as chicken
cuz I find I crave it and according to Atkins new book
if I crave a food my body is probably intolerant of it.

(I don't put anything with sugar or chemicals on my meats).
