The Sprue-Nik Press carried an excerpt from the WNY Celiac News which said,
"In the US, one product that contains wheat starch, but is considered
"gluten-free" is Pace picante sauce."

Does anyone have any idea what this means?  Pace has been a great friend
for my gluten-free diet, and I'd hate to give it up.
