It is fairly simple actually. You get your carbs from veggies rather than
breads etc.
Never more protein than can fit in the palm of your hand. Get "Mastering The
Zone" It has a whole bunch of recipes and great info! You don't need to read
it front to back, just the first chapter or so, then the recipes. Give it a
try. I can't stand the amount of salads and vegetables, but I have my dh on
the diet, and he lost almost 20 lbs of fat. Good luck....
