<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> It seems the whole world is made of gluten sometimes. The reason that you will find gluten in sme decaf coffees is due to the fact that a distilled alcohol (from a glutenous grain) was used to decaf the coffee, and it leaves enough residue to be a problem, at least for some celiacs. The best bet is to call the manufacturer and find out how their coffee was decafeinated.... Hope thgis helps a little, anyway. silvrfox <[log in to unmask]> In article <[log in to unmask]>, MS SUE O PIGGOTT <[log in to unmask]> wrote: > I just saw someone's comments saying they just learned that decaf > coffee was NOT gluten free?
