It seems the whole world is made of gluten sometimes.  The reason that you
will find gluten in sme decaf coffees is due to the fact that a distilled
alcohol (from a glutenous grain) was used to decaf the coffee, and it
leaves enough residue to be a problem, at least for some celiacs.  The
best bet is to call the manufacturer and find out how their coffee was
decafeinated....
