<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> I have been using the recipe book entitled "Wheat free Recipes and Menus" by Carol Fenster. Recently I have noticed some misprints and thought it might be good to make people aware. Case in point - the recipe for "Scones" pg. 41. The ingredients call for cream of tarter but directions say baking powder. I have been making this alot with cream of tarter and just discovered my mistake yesterday, baking powder gives much better results! I believe "Buttermilk Biscuits" pg.51 has the same error so there may be more. I love this cookbook and think it is one of the best. Janet in Maine
