<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Hi all, I am finding I get CD type reactions to anything that is grown in a field whether it is labelled GF and not. I am aware of contamination from cross-fields and packaging but I am beginning to wonder if CD might have more to it's cause than gliaden molecules. I can't even eat corn without getting symptoms of a CD reaction. It's different from lactose intolerance symptoms and consists of nausea and cramping in the middle of my tummy 4-8 hours after ingestion. Intolerance to lactose causes much lower intestinal cramping and takes at least 8 hours to manifest. Has anyone else had such symptoms to supposedly GF field grown products? I am not putting any dairy or fat products on any of the above. Thanks, Lissy
