I've reacted after eating (a lot of) Doritos,
cheese or nacho flavour.  Is this a reaction
to hidden gluten in the spices, or to excessive
fats?  I've also reacted after eating bulk raisins
or trail mix.  Are these dusted in flour to keep
them separate?  Or does a gluten-damaged gut require
a fair amount of time to heal enough to handle
certain things?  I've been GF since November after
39 years of heavy gluten.
