I am new to this area of the internet.  Was diagnosed with Celiac 2 yrs ago
and have been on a GF diet since.  The GF diet took care of my severe
symptoms but I still had abdominal pain resembling gall bladder disease.  By
eliminating soy products I have greatly reduced the symptoms.  Unfortunately,
many of the GF recipes do have soy in them.  I would be interested in
coresponding with others who are also soy intolerant.  So far dairy has not
been a problem.  I am also interested in the ingredient in Pepcid AC that
contains gluten,  how do we know this?  It may have been on the net before I
