Not too long ago somebody posted a recipe for "perfect bread" that
contained sticky rice flour sour cream and gelating, among others.  I'm
sorry to post this message to the entire list, but I pasted the recipe into
a word file, and therefore dont' have a record of who made the original post.
As I was in the middle of preparing the bread batter, I noticed that there
was no leavening agent designated.  Neither yeast nor bakig soda was
indicated.  Is this a mistake, or is this an unleavened bread?

I took the liberty of throwing in some yeast, and the bread turned out
really well, but I was just curious...
