I got the files on lecithin, and note that, while it is frequently made from
soya, it can be made from oats.  So, I wonder if there is anyone on the list
who can indicate, roughly, the kind of food groups that contain lecithin, so
that I can either avoid those foods, or find out how the lecithin is made.  It
will save time checking EVERY product in the supermarket.
