Duh! Here goes: Patak's Pappadums (plain) ingredients:lentil flour, salt, vegetable oil (groundnut and/or soya), and sodium bicarbonate. The last ingredient is the one that sorta bothers me...since sodium bicarbonate could have trace amounts of offending grains. Has any one tried this brand without any problems? And what is the secret to getting them to totally fluff up in the microwave? Thanks again, this list is amazing :) Thanks to all of you who respond so quickly. >> I have eaten and Pappadums with no problem and they were even sold at one of our support group meetings by a gf supplier called Celia Cooks that sold a variety of gf items. The are delicious to snack on and come either in a can of mini ones or a box of larger disk like ones that you can oil slightly on both sides and put in the microwave until they poof up- or I think the traditional way is to hold them over the flame on the stove. Either way, they make a nice alternative to the taco shell. They have them in the Indian section of the grocery store or I have also seen them in health food stores. Leslie-NYC
