We included millet & buckwheat because both are questionable grains. Our group believes in zero ingestion of gluten and perfer to be on the safe side. We also questioned our dietitian advisor (who is also celiac) and she also said to put it on the card. Again, this is a personal perferance, but our group tends to be vey conservative.
