Also, Ms Robens makes a great batter coating mix for cutlets and fish, etc... 1-800-891-0083. Also if you mix the batter mix with olive oil and sautee it, it makes a scampi like batter for chicken pieces or shrimp (kind of like the crumbs you used to find on baked clams). (p.s.
