Hi all.
Has anyone yet figured out anything to take/do/use immediately once you know
that you have inadvertently consumed gluten and you begin to have that
familiar awful feeling in your gut? Just had a lovely meal at a posh
restaurant with multiple assurances from waiters and chef & yet that
familiar, bloated feeling has set in and I'm looking at a baaaad night. I
don't really expect any immediate solution but does anyone have anything that
has worked, i.e. herbal tea, exercise, positive thoughts.... judy in nyc
