<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> I agree with Fran...McDonald's may use the same suppliers on a fairly long-term basis, but who knows how often those suppliers are changing the ingredients for the condiments they sell to McDonald's. All of the condiments--ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, pickles--have vinegar. Can we be sure that a GF vinegar is used all the time? Also, even though a well-known company may be making those condiments, do we know for sure whether the condiments are exactly the same as what you buy on the grocery store shelf? I'm afraid to risk it! However, if anyone has any definite and specific information about this, I would love to hear it (and others too, I'm sure).
