Dear Dawn - Hope you don't mind my stepping in here. I make
cheese-less pizza all the time. Will be glad to share with you...
   1) get, or make, a crust (with no milk in it, if necessary)
            (I use Baboli or some such from the store)
   2) Place said crust on pizza pan, and preheat oven to 400.
   3) Spread crust with plenty of pizza sauce (I use Contadina)
   4) Add toppings you prefer:
            ham, sausage, green onion, mushroom, green pepper,
            pepperoni, anchovies (ugh!), whatever you like on your
            pizza.
    5)  Bake as directed on crust package, or until brown & hot.
    6) PIG OUT!!
Oh, great - now I made myself hungry, and it's after midnight! Too
