<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> I usually "don't cook it if I can't eat it." Neither do I order by mail. I figure if I have a craving on Tuesday, it does not make much sense to wait a week to satisfy it. I haven't eaten bread in years. I keep reading about all the "bread machines". When my Mom made "regular folks'" bread, she did it by hand with a lot of kneading and punching, etc. Can't Celiac/DH breads be made by hand? Sounds to me as if the procedure would get rid of aggressions while providing a foodstuff. Just wondering as usual. A Surra<[log in to unmask]>-San Antonio, TX
