On the subject of bulk flour, is it possible (and more cost-effective)  to
order bean flour in bulk from one of the suppliers listed in the back of
Bette Hagman's book? My questions:

1) How well does bean flour keep?
2) Would I have to store it in the freezer?
3) Would it be cheaper to try and have my health food store order it in bulk?
Seems like they get it in individually packaged boxes, so I would have to
find a place that would ship in bulk, I suppose.
