 I just returned from the Oriental Market in a neighbouring city and found I
had picked up some Rice Sooji, by mistake.  I thought I was picking up rice
flour, it was in the same colour packaging, but now that I have it home it
doesn't feel (through the package) as fine as the flour..  What is it, how
is it used.  I can't find a reference for it anywhere.
