In reply to Kate Pagliccia'squery regarding Asian ingredients, I checked
my bottle of Tiparos Fish Sauce last night, and it consists of anchovy
fish extract and salt.  The company is out of Cambodia, so a phone call
is not fesible.
 
Does anyone know anything about anchovy fish extract?
