<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> I've been on a GF diet for about 3 years or so, and have avoided all 'normal' pies, tarts etc. Now I'm wondering if it's OK to eat just the filling (assuming of course that the filling is GF), or do the Gluten Grubbies' migrate from the crust into the filling. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
