Since autumn has arrived, I have been wanting to try GF pumpkin cookies.  My old
recipe is very moist so I thought I would just substitute Gf flour mix for the
wheat flour.  However, the recipe also calls for oats.  Is there a GF
substitution for oats or does someone have a GF pumpkin drop cookie recipe they
would be willing to share?
