<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> I have started making my own ice cream for my son and would like to make it a little more exciting for him by using sprinkles and/or syrups. Does anyone know the gf status of the cake make products (often used in holiday baking) for the following products: Assorted Decors: sugar, hydrogenated palm oil, lecithin, arabic gum, confectioner's glaze, sodium carboxmethycellulose, titanium dioxide, FD&C yellow #5, #6, red #3, 40, blue #1 Sugar Crystals: sugar, carnauba wax, confectioner's glaze, some of the above colors although some are followed by 'lake' Assorted Nonpareils: sugar, corn starch, confectioner's glaze, carnauba wax, above colors (for future reference, is Bryers Ice Cream GF. The ingredient listing (at least for choc and vanilla) appear to be alright, but I haven't seen them listed on any of the safe foods lists). Thanks. Michele
