Hi Fran,  Tapioca doesn't have much food value except calories
according to my 13 ed of Pennington & Church _Food Values of Portions
Commonly Used_  One Tablespoon of dry tapioca has 1 mc Calcium, 2 mg of
Potassium and 1 mg of phosphorus & a trace of magnesium, iron and
sodium.
It still is a good source to make some our other flours more useful.
