I am interested in hearing how others on a GF/LF diet handle eating at
extended events away from home.
 
Next week, I will be traveling to New York for the U.S. Open Tennis
tournament where I expect to spend 10+ hours each day on the grounds where
the the food is clearly not geared to folks on a GF/LF diet, hot dogs,
hamburgers, pasta, ice cream, etc.
 
Suggestions on compact, high nutrient value foods which can be carried in
and do not require preparation or refrigeration would be appreciated.
