I have read that altrhough millet does not contain gluten, it nonetheless can
produce an adverse  result similar to tha from eating wheat in some people.  I
would be interested in hearing from others on this issue.  Also,  the FAQ
implies that DH clears up after going on a GF diet with no need for specialised
treatment.  Is this true?  Should someone suffering from DH avoid iodised salt?
