Easy Marinated Chicken (hypoallergenic)
 
 
Preheat oven to 400 F.
 
In a large mixing bowl, combine:
 
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup canola oil
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP honey
1/2 tsp salt
1 clove garlic
 
Add 4 lbs. raw skinless chicken thighs and toss to coat.
 
Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 2-6 hours.  Arrange pieces in large,
shallow baking dish and cover with marinade.  Bake for 45 minutes or until
done.
