That would be like asking the robots at Mcdonalds to "hold the pickle". First, there is that glazed look of confusion, then the standard "that is against our policy", there would then be forms to process and submitted up the hierachical chain of command. The "computer" would eventually get the request and issue a "request denied" statement, which would trickle down the chain again until it got to you. My suggestion was more akin to reprogramming the computer - entering another variable. I was not suggesting that they would ever care about our health -hahahahahaha! (let's all share a hearty laugh). Insurance is a business that cares about the BOTTOM LINE. When you attack that, red flags go up and their attention is grabbed. This would have to be approached at the department that analyzes statistics or with the people who coordinate with hospital personnel - somewhere other than FORMS PROCESSING.
