Dear All,
 
I am writing from England as the proud new owner of both the
Gluten-Free Gourmet books which I think are brilliant. However, Bette
Hagman occasionally uses brandnames which unfortunately mean nothing
to us over here so I am writing to ask what exactly Butter Flavor
Crisco is. A brief description would be extremely helpful and if
anyone knows if there is an English equivalent that would be great.
