<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Every three months or so I place a large order for various vitamins and minerals with the L & H Vitamins Inc. company, and when doing that three days ago I realized that no one has ever, to my knowledge, mentioned them on the list. Surely many of you also order vitamins as tho your life depended on them, just as I do. And perhaps, just as I have a problem finding all the products and sources I need in Ithaca, you may have a problem in your home town. Soooooo L & H is a discount vitamin outfit. They send out free catalogs to all customers. Orders can be placed thru a toll free number: call 800-221-1152. Freeda Vitamins are included in their catalog. My order usually arrives in two days, unless a weekend gets in the way of order and delivery. I own no stock, know no one, and have no vested interest of any sort in this company, I just think they are helpful. In addition to Freeda, they carry products from about 200 companies. The catalogs are free. You might want to call and have them send you a catalog so you can compare prices. ******************************************************************************** Now on to another matter. For years, I've had trouble with psoriasis on pressure points of knees and elbows. I recently went back to Evening Primrose Oil (quit years ago because it is so expensive) and the psoriasis is almost completely gone. I really don't know the connection, but thought it might be useful informatin. ****************************************************************************** In another vein, I have been interested to read the recent letters about school lunches for celiac children. I am reminded of a note taken from a chat with my nutritionist, Victoria Wood, who said: "With school lunches as they are, there is a real need to re-introduce prayer in schools." Good health and happiness to you all. Gayle Kennedy [log in to unmask]
