I read in a book that wheat germ does not have gluten and therefore it
is OK to have for wheat allergy people. Is this the general experience?
I did see protein listed on the label for the wheat germ I bought.
 
I wonder if most  people can tolerate yogurt? I have not detect any bad
reactions.
