I understand that those with CD have a higher probability of developing
these other diseases, but is there any evidence that controlling CD with a
g-f diet will in any way alter the progression of these related diseases?
Does CD "progress" into any othese other diseases?  Having CD doesn't
"cause" these other diseases, does it?.
