I want to thank the person who suggested using polenta to make lasagna
for her information. After two years on GF pasta, which I find tasteless, I
made lasagna with polenta and it was absolutely delicious! and so quick

p.s. are there any celiacs out there who do not experience any symptoms
when they eat gluten but who, never the less, undergo the intestinal celia
