I thought amaranth flour had gluten, but evidently I'm mistaken.  Any
ideas on how to gain weight when you are gluten, fructose intolerant,
sensitive to some aspect of milk and I think fats and possibly eggs are
bothering.  Do you know that everything has sugar in it.  I was just
told yesterday that I am fructose intolerant.  I have not yet become
educated to this new kink in my life but they did tell me no more fruits!
That's what I lived on at lunch time and no fruit juice--can you imagine.
What can I eat to gain weight--down to 89 and just keep losing--any
suggestions?
