<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Thanks for the warm welcome from everyone who responded. Not to insult anyone's intelligence but, first let me explain what a coop is all about. Cooperative warehouses are organizations that deal with groups of individuals who form a buying club. The club submits a cumulative order and once a month the coop warehouse has it's truck deliver the order. Usually the coops offer a lot of unique items that can't be normally purchased in the typical grocery store (mostly natural and wholesome items). If you are interested in purchasing from one of the coops I'm about to list, call the respective telephone number and request the name of the individual closest to you that they deliver to. At the same time ask them to send you one of their catalogs. I've met a lot of nice people who have been very helpful and interested in our disease. If you've never ordered a particular product, just give the coop a call and they will usually be more than happy to give you a complete ingredient delineation. I hope someone finds this information helpful. After all, I'm just trying to COOP erate with everyone. Till next time... Barbara
