I don't see any relation between no harm & wheat starch. Have you any data to
know that all people taked wheat starch? How do you know that a person take
100 grams of wheat starch per day?

I think that the only way to see the minimum level of gluten (that sure
depends
by the person), is to make a specific test with "blind" testers.
