I don't know whether or not Taco Bell's nonflour tortilla foods are
truly gluten free although I have eaten their hard shell corn tacos
and taco salad when I was pressed for somewhere to eat (and not had
a reaction).  However, be warned that some taco flavorings (the dry
stuff in the packages) use flour in the mixture.  And I've also
wondered if their hamburger might be cut with some sort of wheat-based
filler.  I would also like to know the scoop on this...does anyone
else know?
