Your problem may well be the milk products.  Try avoiding them and vary
your diet with fruit, vegetables, fish, poultry, meats.  You should try
to plan meals that you are not necessarily always eating the same foods
each day at the same time.  Example you could have grits and eggs one
morning with juice,etc.  The next morning try wipping up pancakes, rice
flour usally works well.  Top the pancakes with berries and you have
started a new trend.
