I'm a celiac planning a trip to Vancouver and Alaska in early August. Are
Canadian labeling laws any different than in the US?  If so, what should I
watch out for in Canada?  Also, any recommendations for particularly
accomodating restaurants in Vancouver, Victoria, Anchorage, Skagway, Juneau,
Ketchikan, or Fairbanks?  Thanks.
