There is a chain of Italian restaurants in Toronto called Il Fornello. Some
of them serve gluten free pizza! They make them out of rice flour and each
pizza is baked in it's own pan - separate from the wheat based pizzas. I have
been on a gluten free diet for about 20 years now so I was in heaven when I
had a pizza there several months ago. Not all of the restaurants have the
gluten free menu but I know this one does - 588-3491. It is on Bloor St.
near Bathurst St. and there is a subway station very close by. You have to
ask for the diet menu when you get there.

Also, the Sick Childrens Hospital has a Speciality Food Shop that is well
stocked in gluten free food.

I hope you have a good (and healthy!) trip.
