As far as I'm concerned, all vinegar (except for malt vinegar) is gluten
free.  Gluten is lost in the distillation process, according to the research
I have read and from a speech given by Don Kasarda at the Celiac Disease
Foundation in Los Angeles a couple of years ago.  Additionally, gluten is
lost in the distillation process of alcohol spirits.
