I use Fusion which is a combo of Jaws & Zoomtext.  As I said in my original post, I did not have the screen curtain on.  I did turn it on & back off just to try something but that made no difference.

Do you use jaws?  Did you have screen shade on?

Subject: [VICUG-L] Tech Support at Apple Could Not See My Screen While Fusion was Active

Hello all,

I’m using Windows 10 & current version of Fusion.  I needed to call Apple support for help with an ITunes issue.  She wanted me to share my screen.  When the sharing was successful, all she could see was a blank screen.  I tried turning screen curtain on & back off, tried rebooting but nothing helped.  When I closed Fusion, she could see the screen.  Before I call Freedom Scientific , I wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue or knows what to do to fix it.

Thanks,

Sherry Wells
