Hi Ana: My first recommendation is for you to contact the: - Microsoft Disability Answer Desk, - 503-427-1234, - 800-936-5900. Depending on where you live, the "800" number would likely be what you use. With your permission of course, I believe that they can access your PC/Notebook and affect the necessary changes to get you out of this difficulty. Good luck, and let us know if this does the trick for you. I got a new laptop. I was going through setup, and somehow I skipped the entering of the wi-fi password. I tried to go back, but again, I'm not sure why I wasn't able to go back. The next thing setup wanted was for me to create an account, not letting me just enter my existing user name and password. I want to start over, but I can't. Only some screens have Back buttons, and the alt+left-arrow command isn't working. I've done a little Googling, and so far, I'm not finding any info. Does anyone know how to make the setup wizzard for Windows 10 start over? Thanks for any wisdom. Ciao VICUG-L is the Visually Impaired Computer User Group List.
